Procurement & Contract Services (PACS) and the Digital Accessibility Subcommittee have contracted with digital accessibility vendors which WSU departments and campuses may utilize. This eliminates the need for additional competitive purchase requirements, streamlining the procurement process.
How to Access Vendors
Interested departments with available funding to purchase services can contact PACS (purchasing@wsu.edu) for more information. Please provide PACS a contact name, email, department, and specific services you are seeking.
Websites
In addition, if you are seeking website remediation and compliance services, please indicate if you are working on a WordPress website overseen by Web Communication, so this department can review the request.
WSU has also invested in DubBot, a website scanning and monitoring tool that will help advance the accessibility of WSU’s web presence. An advisory group from the Digital Accessibility Subcommittee is currently working on the initial implementation and rollout of the tool. Additional information, guidance, and resources will be shared with website owners and administrators in the coming months. In the meantime, website administrators are encouraged to continue their efforts to improve the accessibility of their sites and digital content to support an inclusive and accessible experience for all users.
