Procurement & Contract Services (PACS) and the Digital Accessibility Subcommittee have contracted with digital accessibility vendors which WSU departments and campuses may utilize. This eliminates the need for additional competitive purchase requirements, streamlining the procurement process.
How to Access Vendors
Interested departments with available funding to purchase services can contact PACS (purchasing@wsu.edu) for more information. Please provide PACS a contact name, email, department, and specific services you are seeking.
Websites
In addition, if you are seeking website remediation and compliance services, please indicate if you are working on a WordPress website overseen by Web Communication, so this department can review the request. For interest in website auditing/scanning, please contact the ADA Coordinator at ada.coordinator@wsu.edu.
Multimedia
Finally, for multimedia vendor support, please contact Wendy Steele, Assistant Director, Digital Technology Accessibility and Student Experience, at wsteele@wsu.edu.
