Since Time Immemorial (http:// indian-ed.org)
Since Time Immemorial (STI) is a ground-breaking curriculum initiative developed through a partnership of the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction’s Office of Native Education and federally recognized Tribes in the state. The goal of the initiative is to incorporate a basic framework of Indian history and tribal sovereignty into the K-12 curriculum in Washington state by establishing partnerships between school districts and local tribes. The STI website includes a wealth of primary resources including videos, documents and maps.
