How College Bound Works

In middle school, you made the College Bound pledge to graduate high school with a 2.0 GPA or higher. Now that you’re a high school senior, it’s time to take advantage of the benefits of your hard work and collect on your free college tuition.

If you did not take the pledge but were eligible for free-and-reduced price lunches between 7th and 9th grade, you’ve automatically been enrolled in this program.

With a College Bound Scholarship, students who meet income eligibility requirements can attend any public college in Washington for free, including any of the six WSU campuses.

The scholarship will cover the entire cost of tuition for up to four years, and it also provides a small allowance for books each semester.
