The process
Our systemwide, methodical journey comprises data collection, analysis, and decision- and vision-making to integrate an international awareness into everything we do.
Committees will:
- Collect information about international activities from throughout the system
- Analyze the information
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for new strategic activities
- Benchmark and employ data from a variety of external sources
- Form conclusions and verify with stakeholders
- Draft final report with findings and recommended action
- Develop implementation plan
