Employee Testing

WSU remains committed to containing COVID‑19 and protecting our communities.

Pullman Employee Testing

Voluntary asymptomatic COVID-19 testing is available for faculty, administrative professional, classified staff and non-student temporary/hourly employees working in Whitman County.

Testing is only available for individuals not currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms is asked to call their healthcare provider and follow the  WSU Personnel Experiencing COVID‐19 Symptoms flowchart for instructions.

Locations

WSU is covering the cost of screening testing. Employees will not be charged. No appointment needed.
Testing locations may change or be cancelled on any day. Please check back to verify testing location.

Day of Test Requirements:

  • Employees reporting to a WSU location for testing are required to complete their COVID-19 Employee Attestation prior to arriving at the testing location.
  • Employees are to provide the following items to testing personnel at the time of testing:
    • Completed and signed two-sided Requisition/Consent and Release of Information. Form will require WSU ID number, phone number and mailing address where employee can be reached with results.)
    • WSU ID/Cougar Card, Driver’s License, or other official state or federal photo identification.
  • Face coverings and social distancing are required at the testing location.
  • If testing during normal working hours, employees are to work with their supervisors to request the use of sick leave or other leaves per normal departmental processes.
