bush, clinton, bush, jfk, washington, jefferson... just to name a few...
So tonight started off with the Barn Bash, which was pretty cool, Patrick and I went as male models(I thought instead of whining about the shallowness, try and bring it to a new low)... so we went and posed with people, it was awesome... then after that, Patrick, Erica and I went up to the CUB ballroom where there was a concert going on... we got there an hour before the main band...
THE PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!
It was awesome. later, no pic tonight... sorry. oh, and sure... levi won two ago... and I won the last one because no one else captioned it... punks.

Shalloween?
So I was sitting here just a minute ago playing Warhammer 40,000:Dawn of War(kickin' video game for those of you that don't know)... and I had the thought... isn't halloween kind of a shallow and half retarded holiday? I'm not saying it's the down syndrome holiday or anything, but it seems rather ridiculous... and if you are wondering why I'm being a little more badass tonight, it's because I just imported 6 Korn cds and I'm listening to them, so that would be the reason. I still remember when I bought a Korn shirt at Fred Meyer's because I thought it was cool that they spelled corn wrong... and I hate vegetables, so any way of slaughtering them, I partake in... anyways, back to my original point... why do I think halloween is shallow?
I'll give you an example from tomorrow... tomorrow is cru's barn bash, where instead of going to cru, they are having a halloween dance... people dress up, and you can country swing dance and such... the thing that makes it shallow? The costume contest, the people who go all out to beat other people's costumes to be the victor... shallow? "but Peter, I'm going to look the best"... ok, maybe you will, that sure is a worthy goal you are going for...
Another example... I was talking to a friend of mine last night, and she and some of her friends have a costume that they think is awesome... so naturally, I ask "What is it?"... the response?... "I can't tell you, it's a secret"... ARE YOU SERIOUS??? it's a costume, to a dance!... "But then how am I supposed to come up with something better, so that my costume kicks your costume's ace?!?" -that was my immediate reaction(sarcasm, if you didn't catch it)... ok, first of all, it's a costume, even if I did know what it was, it's not like I'm a little school girl and go get my friends, tell them, make a fellowship, and come up with better costumes... and if people are out there doing that, then the world has reached a new all time low.
When it comes down to it, it can be fun to dress up(except the thongs and stockings are slightly uncomfortable)... but when you add in the costume contest, people keeping costume secrets and acting like the're 6, that is where I think it becomes... Shalloween.
"my costume will kick your costume's ass!"
"I can still kick your ass though, and if I can't then I guess you win the ultimate prize... a big huge slice of Idontcare Pie!"
what is the largest member of the monkey family?
oh, and if you wonder why the gorilla exhibit at the zoo always sucks, it's because they sleep for 14 hours a day... if you want to see the action, go to the chimpanzees, they engage in sex 20 times a day, and if there aren't any males around, they take care of it themselves, by any means necessary
these are facts STRAIGHT out of my book... I'm not lying...

If you have a chance to go see The Forgotten... Don't
The first half of the Movie... BORING.
The second half of the Movie... about aliens
I am afraid of aliens... they just freak me out... I can't believe Erica talked me into going to that movie... but whatever. man, I'm afraid of aliens... anyone with me?
The second half of the Movie... about aliens

I WON!
I totally won that last one suckers! hahaha, I shall live in this moment forever! nah, it's overrated anyways...
on another topic with my life, recently I've been doing a whole bunch of random things... including but not limited to:
Bickleton
new songs on my minidisc player
Gilmore Girls
NOT BLOGGING
Thinking about beginning to read more often(or even at all)
and that's pretty much it. I went to Erica's hometown of Bickleton which is a tiny little town in the middle of nowhere washington(sorry erica, but it really is... no lights in ANY direction... it's crazy, but kinda romantic)
So I met her parents and her brother, they are all awesome, I also met Most of her mom's side of the family, including(I think, remember, me=bad memory) four aunts(awe-nts, not ants) four uncles, multiple cousins, two grandparents... they had a little family get together, and she brought me, which was awesome, they are all a lot of fun, plus, someone made meatloaf which just made my day... it was SO good... so yeah, bickleton is awesome, full of very nice people. all of which know each other, and most of which know me now(church... that was fun)...
Her church was nice, exactly an hour long... no matter what, it won't go over like my first pastor from green lake pres. oh, also he talked about what we as christians should do... he didn't give us something to think about, he gave us something to do, which is awesome, because that is the type of preaching this world needs, we don't need to be told to figure things out for ourselves, we need to be told to do something, and figure it out for ourselves on the way... understand? good.
other than that, I've been trying to understand the female gender, by watching Gimore Girls, because you know what? there is no better way to understand the female psyche than to watch tv... at least not in my book, so I've seen the entire first season, except the very last episode(I haven't borrowed that dvd yet)... what have I learned? I can't tell you because then you will laugh at me because women are crazy, and even women have told me that, so agree or shut it.
NEW SONGS! HOLY CRAP! I'm listening to train right now. good stuff that train, which reminds me... I'm NOT going to see polar express... I never read the book, and when I heard the story, didn't really like it, and I now have completely forgotten it, so whatever, I'm not going to see it.
oh, and the last thing, I've been contemplating beginning to read more in order to gain words for my vocabulary, and maybe even learn something, but that all seems overrated... let me know what you think... oh, and if you think it is a good idea to buy me a book... don't... unless it will change my life... but other than that it will just sit on my floor holding it down... DON'T BUY ME BOOKS! or even A BOOK. for all you people nitpicking my words out there.
that is my update... oh and eric, you need to do something better with your time than look up bickleton.org... but whatever, you do what you like... and send my love to lisa also. you both rock.

for you, because I'm just that nice(please tell me you got the sarcasm...)
ok, now along with the picture to caption, I will give you useless knowledge(I just found my book)
uk: actually I'm going to pose a question, and you are to answer it.
what was the average life span of a london resident in the mid nineteenth century? and how many less years would a person of the working class live?
(oh nad please don't look up the answers... bunch of cheaters on the quote game... jeez)

I just feel like talking...
I'm not going to really talk about anything in specific, but something may come up...
Ryan is awesome and helped me get the software needed to put new songs on my minidisc player, and it does now! I'm listening to it now, considering it's 2 a.m. and people are trying to sleep, so I'm using the minidisc player and headphones.
I've been thinking a lot lately about what I want out of life? um... right now?
a wife that I'm in love with and that is in love with me, I want her to be happy, whether that means her working, or her staying home and I have to work more...
a kids
a secure job, not necessarily a money maker, but something that I can do for life... maybe real estate?
raising my kids in a christian house and in church
an i-pod
to serve the lord, how he wants me to
yeah, that is what I want out of life... weird. kinda sad an i-pod is on there, but you know what? I want one REAL bad... so bite me.
um, yeah... this weekend I am going to Bickleton(Erica's hometown)... that should be quite an experience... meeting the fam... which makes up about half the town, but whatever... actually her town is about 100 people, which will be kinda weird for me, being a city boy and all... I'm excited though. She's excited to see her family and I'm excited to meet them and to spend the weekend outside of pullman. bickleton also seems awesome, it will be fun.
um, yeah... I think everyone wins the caption game for yesterday, everyone's was funny... maybe you should vote along with your current caption... that way not just my voice is out there... VOTE! I'm just messing around, I don't vote, but whatever, in THIS game right now my vote is the only one that does count... hahahaha
so, just in case you are confused, vote for who should win the last one and put up a new caption for the current one... or just vote, or just caption, or comment, or jibber, or whatever...

Thank you Brandon, well partially you anyways...
Alright, so ryan made my day today... he gave me a link to a chinese site from which I am currently downloading the sony software I need, I'm hoping it's not in chinese, but if it is, I'll have some fun with that too... ok, so yesterday I think I thouroughly pissed off erica as I told her I was going to go to dinner then to hastings to get cds... so dinner was good, then hastings, I saw that they were selling some cds for the rediculous price of $.49!!! so I searched through most of the cds in the STORE... which took quite some time and she just didn't seem very happy or energetic to be alive, oh well, I got 5 cds!
The Rembrandts - l.p.
Backstreet Boys - Millenium(my fav of all the one's I bought)
Matchbox 20 - yourself or someone like you
Sugar ray - 14:59
sugar ray - floored
Those were the beauties I bought, I also bought one other cd... Mandy moore - candy... which was $1.99... which ended up sucking because it was a single, which I didn't figure out until I was playing it singing along in the car with erica staring at me wondering how I still had enough energy to belt out mandy after searching through so many cds... so then the second song came on and it sounded the same(a little different, but the same song)... I started freaking out(while driving on the highway) and yelling for her to roll down her window so I could through that piece of crap out the window!... oh man I was pissed... the most expesive cd I bought was crap!... oh well, you live and learn.
anyhoo... All the girls out there won the last one... man that one made me laugh the hardest. I'm just kidding alex, you're tight. anyways I'm going to give it to Jacob because his comment was the only one I actually heard someone else talk about, so he wins again. and for today's pic...

DARN YOU SONY!
ok, so I have a sony minidisc player and I lost the software cd, but sony is so genius that they won't allow you to download the software... so I have the same 36 songs on my minidisc player from when I last loaded them on there early last year. good stuff, but gets old. darn sony. it's such crap. if you have the open mg jukebox software, let me know.
WHOA!
holy crap an update!
ok, I'm tired and I have to be up for church in like 6 and a half hours, but whatever... who needs sleep? well you're never going to get it... who needs sleep? tell me what's that for?... who needs sleep? this guy's been awake since the second world war... thank you bare naked ladies. why am I up so late? because it's pretty normal for me and because I finally watched the end of Jerry Maguire or however you spell it, I didn't check, so whatever... but I'd never seen the end so I watched it, eventhough dane told me what happened about a half an hour before the end... still a good movie. Dane, he's a cool guy... if you are like "dane? who the heezy is he?" he's Erik and John's friend(now mine and B's too) from alaska that is going to go to wsu next year, he currently lives on my couch(the bedrooms aren't done yet, eventhough they we're supposed to be done over a month ago) so Dane is getting kinda pissed at the contractors, fun stuff, but understandable... dane's a tight guy, I like him a lot, he's chill and just cool.
ok, I'm going to start saying the music I'm listening too also, because the live journal people have the "music" thingy, and I just want you all to know.
Velvet Revolver and Ryan Cabrera. both really good. mmm, slither.
ok, caption game!
Sorry alex, but this was too good to be true.

bunch of whiners.
ok, well levi won the first one, jacob the second, no one won the third, you guys all suck. ok, well there's the update, good luck with the pepsi one.
George Strait is cool.
Who's down with the OLDSCHOOL country? I am down with george, fo sho.
Yesterday was Erica and my one month anniversary, cute huh? anyways, we ate at applebees(high class on this side of the state ;)...) then we went to hastings, where I bought myself topspin and I bought her George Strait's newest cd "50 number ones"... it's really good, I like it a lot. um, yeah, Erica is awesome.
ok, now topspin is great, picture Mario Tennis, without the cute little characters but actual people, shadows, and good graphics and you have TOPSPIN! so much fun, I haven't gotten very far, I've had it one day and I've spent most of my time playing Ogre Battle...
OGRE BATTLE! ok, this is a classic n64 game that I've started playing again(you know what I'm tlaking about alex!)... and to tell the truth I've spent a little over 8 and a quarter hours in the last two days playing it... sick huh? I sure think so. oh well, I like it.
other than that, I've been painting the new rooms in the basement, and I even started my new job today... oh and Brandon is AWESOME! he's a great guy, except when he holds me down to let erik twist my nipples, then he sucks, he sucks a lot. but he's a cool dude. yeah, other than that, I'm uber tired and goodnight everyone.
caption game!
The caption pic... it was being weird, so I linked it instead.

ok, it is 4 in the morn and I'm tired, nice comment jacob, except that if you look at the picture, it's totally the RIGHT side of his face that is sagging, but nonetheless, good comment, maybe the kid likes kerry.
anyways, here's the new pic, have some fun. Oh and today I got to hang out with Erica for a LONG time and it was purely awesome.
ok, here, I just found this, check it out, it's trippy

I'm wrong.
The premier of the o.c. isn't until Nov. 4th... I think it was that I was just so excited, so I got a month ahead of time... oh well.
HEY!
The o.c. is awesome, I've been watching it to get back in the groove for it for it's premier tomorrow that I'm not going to watch until monday due to CRU being at the same time, and God being more important, you know...
Ok, so I don't really have anything to say, but whatever, I'm in a weird mood and I'm going to write.
I'm looking forward to praising God tomorrow night... mmm singing off-key is fun.
quote for the day is changing because apparently there are some people who are the reason why you never play poker in the sahara. bunch of cheetahs... so now I'm going to change it to the fill in the blank...
"you're so damn ___"

anyways, other than morio stuff I've been chillin with Erica, which has been awesome, she's a wonderful woman.
yeah, went to lewiston today. that was fun. don't really know what to write about that becasue it was me and home depot, and that's it. yeah, go home depot... want to know why I like home depot? good. because they have 4 different types of carts... which is awesome. I mean, safeway, qfc and alby's all have one, costco has two, but home depot? four.
want to hear an embarassing story? good. well erica and I were chillin' talkin' when she said something kind of extreme, I was taken aback and blurted out "Holy Gosh"... in turn she then started laughing and making fun of my expression. I cannot believe that THAT came out of my mouth... I felt like a complete square.
here's the quote game for today. oh, and I might start a new game... the best caption game. actually, I will start that tonight.
Quote game.
"you look so good it hurts sometimes"... and the quote game is only the artist. fyi.

Only one word to describe a list of things... AWESOME!
These are things that happened this weekend, in No particular order whatsoever, except the first one.
hanging out with Erica
driving to seattle and bumping music, but also getting very tired and taking coffee and cookies from a place that was "donation"
driving in seattle, freaky, yet fun
car dying(it was sad)
dick's fries and chocolate shake
Bubble tea... mmm, SO good
Henry tackling me(levi's dog)
gasworks park
frisbee
the stair game with erica(and ryan that one time)
listening to the o.c. soundtrack in my car, going into safeway and having the o.c. theme-song come over the speakers, man, that was weird.
Erica meeting some of my friends, my bro, my sis(joc), henry, pat, katie, my grandma, my other grandma(jessica's grandma actually, but she's mine too because her and my grandma are best friends)
the awkwardness of walking by and saying goodmorning to my ex-gf's mom and dad holding the hand of Erica
Lots and Lots to drink(not alchoholic)...
stopping by at ryan's parents house to use the bathroom, and seeing dirk at church... ryan's parentals are cool...
Looking at houses in the Grove and the o.c. houses in the place where my parents will live when they get back into america
sleeping on the floor of levi's house(comfortable actually, kinda cold, but comfortable)
bellevue square
Jamba juice
being happy
getting a ride home with michelle and anne because they are cool, and michelle is SO cool she rocks a minivan
stealing both the n64 and the third season of coupling from Levi(HA! I bought it and I took it! HA!)
lack of sleep
church, with me singing WAY off key because I'm sick, I mean not the normal "cute because peter is trying hard and can sort of hit notes", but the "holy crap, I'm laughing in church because Peter sucks so bad at singing"... yeah, that stuff.
playing n64 until 3:30 in the morning... genius
wrongfully using ellipses in... blogs... you know... whatever.
time for me to sleep... later ya'll
I'm actually going to class tomorrow, crazy
hanging out with Erica
driving to seattle and bumping music, but also getting very tired and taking coffee and cookies from a place that was "donation"
driving in seattle, freaky, yet fun
car dying(it was sad)
dick's fries and chocolate shake
Bubble tea... mmm, SO good
Henry tackling me(levi's dog)
gasworks park
